Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager. The successful applicant will have experience of selling recruitment software or selling to HR professionals.
We have a consultative sales approach, putting the requirements of potential and existing customers first. The ideal candidate will have excellent questioning skills and be a good listener; these skills should be central to how they like to sell.
We try not to bamboozle people with overly technical responses; therefore, the ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into plain English for the benefit of the client is key to the role. An entrepreneurial streak, engaging communication skills and the ability to build rapport while maintaining strong working partnerships are also paramount.
The successful candidate will have a sales technique which can be described as professional, friendly and persistent, but not irritating. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a track record of high-quality experience selling over the phone, in writing and face to face.
